When she was a little girl, Alex wanted to be a pop star. But that didn’t work out, so she became a yoga instructor instead. It’s a pretty sweet gig. She enjoys dancing around the room to her own beat and creating a family out of every person she meets. She tries not to take herself too seriously, and she might make you laugh. Alex received her 200-hour certification from Nadi Yogi in 2014 and has been teaching ever since. Her classes are dynamic flows blended with relaxing restorative postures, carefully designed to help the student flourish and access their best self. In her spare time, Alex is an devoted outdoorswoman, serious puppy parent, an artist of sorts, and a writer.
