Chelsea Hanson

Chelsea Hanson is a RYT-200 yoga instructor, certified Barre instructor, RRCA certified running coach and also a NASM certified personal trainer. She specializes in corrective exercise and performance enhancement. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Chelsea has worked extensively with people correcting muscle imbalances, building strength and flexibility and creating balanced, happy bodies. Chelsea believes that cultivating body awareness is essential for living in balance and harmony with ourselves and others (and also for staying injury free!)
