Erika has been a fitness instructor in the Austin area for over six years. After taking her first barre class three years ago she fell in love with the format. She holds several barre certifications and started teaching Barre in 2016. She believes that musical connection can be a motivating and driving factor in challenging workouts. Her workouts are filled with funky upbeat rhythms that keep you moving even when you want to quit. Her classes are known to be filled with throwback music trivia as well as Prince, 80's, and Beyonce themed playlists.
