Jason has been a therapeutic bodyworker for over 25 years. He is a licensed Massage Therapy Instructor and Continuing Education provider here in Texas and has also worked and trained in Northern California. His training includes a vast array of modalities starting from David Lauterstein and his method of structure and energy work of the body and delving into the realm of rolfing-esque work from pioneers such as Tom Myers of Anatomy trains,Til Luchau of Advacned myofascial trainings, Active release therapy/passive release therapy/positional release therapy/Hakomi, mindfulness centered body psychology/and Hawaiian Temple Bodywork known to many as Lomilomi.
Jason has an integrated approach to bodywork that encompasses all the training and learning that he has acquired over the years. He tailors his sessions based on his clients' needs in terms of bodywork, energy work and emotional work. His clients have shared that he has a technical style but with an energetic and flow feel, making his bodywork truly unique. It is deep but mindful work. Jason believes that bodywork can be eye-opening & sensation-filled without being painful. This approach to helping to heal the body, mind, and spirit has come with much balanced study and practice in the realm of anatomy, physiology, structure, and function of the body as well as the realms of emotion, spirit, and the mystery of the shamanic process.
Jason looks forward to working with you--Aloha!
