Robin Chapman

Robin has led an active life for as long as she can remember. She began snow skiing at age 4, took dance throughout her youth, and really became involved in fitness and exercise during and after college at Emory University.


After moving to Austin in 1998 and living in this physically fit town, she became hooked on running, triathlons, and Yoga. After over 12 years practicing Yoga with Zoe Mantarakis, she completed the Yoga Illumined 200-hour teacher certification program in December 2012.


Her Yoga class is a powerful flow which engages and strengthens every muscle in the body as well as the mind. Robin focuses her classes on proper alignment of postures and creates a relaxed environment welcoming to all levels and abilities. 


Robin also teaches other fitness classes and bootcamps around Austin.  As a mother of 2 young boys, a wife to an Ironman, and a fitness enthusiast, Robin is passionate about exercise and helping others challenge themselves physically and enjoy their active lifestyle.
