Liz Belile has been supporting women and couples through the process of TTC or preparing to conceive consciously for nearly a decade, having helped over 100 students/clients realize their dream of becoming parents. This series is specially designed to help support women who are trying to conceive or may be undergoing fertility treatments, which is often an extra stressful or emotional time in one's life. The holiday season can add another layer of stress for those who are in the process of trying to conceive.
Over the course of 12 classes, we will explore how to apply yoga and yogic concepts, in addition to other complementary modalities, to enhance the fertility cycle and bring greater awareness and health to the whole creative self. Students will leave with a better sense of how to take charge of their own fertility, where to find reputable and compassionate support, as well as a renewed sense of hope, and perhaps even clarity.
No prior experience with yoga is necessary. Each class will incorporate time to check in with Liz, to share experiences with the group, and to share in a nourishing, gentle yoga practice.
Liz always welcomes clients of all races, colors, ethnic and national origins, ages, religions, sexes, genders, sexual orientations, and abilities. It would be her honor to walk you through the confusing, overwhelming world of fertility treatment to enhance you and your partner's fertility with unconditional support and care.
